Modes of Payment:
Cash Basis Option
where you pay the full amount (100%) upfront
Installment Option
where you pay a 10% deposit and the balance is paid in periodic installments up to the completion of the house.
Mortgage Option
where you still pay the 10% down payment and the balance of 90% is paid by the mortgage institution you have engaged
